We acknowledge that this is an unprecedented time there may be many questions or concerns that you may have, our Covid 19 page has been created to help provide answers and resources for you.

Ngāti Koata Trust staff and Board will be updating our people on a regular basis – the more informed our people are the more effective we can be at mitigating the spread of Covid-19.

KIA NGĀWARI – To be gentle

There may be situations that we may go through during this time that may present itself as frustration, anxiety or utter annoyance as a result of the situations we are in. We ask that you STOP, take a breath and (Kia Ngāwari ) be gentle with each other, but more importantly to ourselves.

One of the things we encourage you to think about when we come out of every alert level is the notion of restore, refocus, and revitalise. We will continue to work behind the scenes to ensure that there is a practical process in place to support all whānau and our Te Tauihu Iwi are also working on a collective response.

Please remember to take care of yourself so you can take care of your whānau. We will provide regular pānui to update you via email, Facebook and our website when we can.

Stay safe out there whānau and look after each other.

Ngā mihi,
The Ngāti Koata Trust team.
